Sometimes letting things out isn’t necessary. To bottle up only means that you know how to contain your feelings and your emotions.

I wish I could be loopy all the time. It allows me to not care about what I say because I am barely aware of it. I just say whatever comes to mind, and it feels like that’s when I can be honest the most. It comes easily, and I don’t think about the outcomes. I just do it. I say it.

What if I told you? Would that change anything? Would it make things better? Worse?
